1. Keep Yourself Busy: If said, ‘the work is worship’, doesn’t mean only spiritual or philosophical way – it works in many other ways. It works wonder in some ways.
If you are in WFH (Work From Home) mode, no worries – but, if you are on timepass mode as your job does not suit that way, do just one thing – Keep Busy Yourself as much as possible.

2. Drink Water as you like: No, I do not ask you to consume a jug of water just after leaving the bed. Also, I do not favour a huge target of drinking a huge amount of water – what I like is you must try to consume as much as required to keep you hydrated all the time – and no constipation the next day.

3. Review Pending Works: Recall those important works you couldn’t do due to your busy work schedule – Go through or do whatever required right now if the relevance persists.
If no, forget all, call your best friend you wanted to talk a lot and it was run over again and again.

4. Read, Watch and Listen to: Whatever you like the most.

5. Go To Sleep: If you have nothing to do, instead of thinking about many nonsense just go to bed and try to get a deep sleep, of course, not a nap. And, don’t leave the bed till you can be happy there. Later on, feel the joy of recharging the vital battery.
